What we collect when you place an order
To take and deliver an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, billing address and phone number if you give one. We also keep a record of what you bought, when, and the order total. We need this information to fulfil the order and to meet our tax and accounting obligations.
Payment
Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your full card number is entered directly with Stripe and is never stored on our systems. We receive only the result of the payment, the card brand and the last four digits, so that we can match a payment to an order and issue refunds. Stripe processes this data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Delivery and suppliers
To get your order to you, we share your name, delivery address and phone number with the supplier who ships the item and with the carrier who delivers it. They use it only to fulfil and deliver your order.
Advertising and the Meta pixel
This store uses the Meta pixel (pixel ID 1360147042979466), a piece of tracking code from Meta Platforms, Inc., the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It is active on every page of this store.
What the pixel collects: the pages you view on this store, the products you look at, items you add to your cart, whether you begin checkout, whether you complete a purchase and the order value, together with your IP address, browser and device information, and Meta cookie identifiers that can link this activity to your Facebook or Instagram account if you have one.
Why: to measure whether our advertising works, and to show you and people like you our ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta acts as an independent controller for this data under its own terms.
How to opt out. You can do any of these, and they work independently of each other:
- Change your Meta ad preferences at accountscenter.facebook.com/ad_preferences to limit how your activity is used for ads.
- Opt out of interest-based advertising across participating companies at optout.aboutads.info or youradchoices.com.
- Block or delete third-party cookies in your browser settings, or use your browser’s private browsing or tracking-protection mode.
- Email support@onamuh.store and ask us to delete the data we hold about you.
Opting out does not stop you seeing ads. It limits the use of your activity on this store to target them.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the store to work — keeping your cart and your session while you shop. We also allow the advertising cookies described above. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though the cart will not work without the necessary ones.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years, because tax law requires it. Marketing and advertising data is kept for no more than two years. If you ask us to delete your data we will do so except where we are legally required to keep an order record.
Where your data goes
We are based in the United States and our service providers may process your data there and in other countries. Suppliers who ship your order may be outside your country.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@onamuh.store and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in California, the EU or the UK you may have additional rights under your local law, and we will honour them.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
