Refund and Return Policy — Onamuh Inc.

You have 30 days. You can return an item within 30 days of the day it is delivered.
Condition. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging.
How to start a return. Email support@onamuh.store with your order number and what you would like to return. We will reply with a return address and instructions. Please do not ship anything back before you have heard from us — returns sent without instructions cannot be tracked to your order.
Who pays return shipping. If the item arrived damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, we pay the return shipping. If you changed your mind, you pay it.
Refunds. Once your return arrives and we have checked it, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. We refund the price you paid for the item; original shipping was free, so there is nothing to refund there.
Items we cannot take back. For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened personal-care or consumable items unless they are faulty. This does not affect your legal rights.
Damaged or wrong items. Email support@onamuh.store within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we will replace it or refund it in full — your choice.
No restocking fee. We do not charge one.
