Where we ship. We ship within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.
How long it takes. Expect your order 5 to 12 business days after you place it. That is the whole journey — the time we take to prepare and pack your order is already included in it, so there is no separate processing time to add on.
What it costs. Shipping is free on every order within the United States.
Tracking. We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
If it is late. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If your order has not arrived after 12 business days, email support@onamuh.store with your order number and we will chase it.
Wrong address. Please check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped.
